Pumpkin Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

Pumpkin .1/2 kg=cut into small pieces

Onion 2 medium (finely chopped)

Tomatoes = 2 medium chopped

green chilies = 2

Garlic & ginger paste – 1 tbsp

Salt = to taste

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Cooking oil – ½ cup

Method:

1- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.

2-- add garlic & ginger paste and chopped tomatoes, sauté well.

3. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, then cook untilthe  masala is ready.

4. Add pumpkin pieces, cover, and cook on low heat until soft.

5. Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves.

6. Serve hot with roti or rice.


Pumpkin sweet dish Recipe

Ingredients:

Pumpkin +1 kg (grated)

Milk- 1/2 liter

Sugar - 1 cup. 

Ghee -- 1/2 cup

 Cardamom powder *– 1/2 tsp

 Dry fruits: almonds, pistachios, cashews, as needed

Method:

1. Cook the grated pumpkin in milk until it becomes soft.

2. Add sugar and mix well.

.3 pour in ghee and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

4. Add cardamom powder and garnish with dry fruits.

 Delicious pumpkin halwa is ready to serve.
